Return Policy

JC Buckman has a No Return Policy & No Cash Return Policy.

Conditions for Returns

1. If your product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7-14 days for return.
2. The product must be unopened.
3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
5. Customer will pay for the shipping cost in case of return.
6. Please note that products are not eligible for a return in case of "Change of mind".

7. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and you will pay 30% Restocking fee based on purchase price.
