In case of Out of City Order

Our JC Buckman® Customer Service Team will contact you confirming your order. Once the order is confirmed by you, a confirmation email will be sent to you at your given email address which will include estimated shipping date along with the shipping details.

You will receive the order at the provided mailing address within the time frame based on your location.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order by contacting our JC Buckman® Customer Service Team. Once your order has been shipped and payment received, your order cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be refunded back to you.
