Refund policy

1. If your product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within first 7-14 days for return.
2. The product must be unused, unopened.
3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
5. Customer will pay for the shipping cost in case of return.
6. Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
